Privacy

Your data stays yours.

Verdax is designed around browser-first scanning and minimal retention. This page explains what we keep, what we don't, and how we use the information required to run the service.

Last updated: April 4, 2026

What we collect

  • Account identity, login, and team membership details.
  • Billing, subscription, and support records.
  • Scan outputs such as anomaly scores, drift summaries, incident history, and report metadata.
  • Basic device identifiers used to manage license access.

What we do not retain

  • Raw training data rows.
  • Uploaded CSV files after scan processing completes.
  • Feature values copied from your dataset into long-term storage.
  • Model weights or parameters.
Important Raw CSV data is processed in memory during scanning and discarded after the scan finishes. Only the results needed to explain the decision and quantify the impact are retained.

How we use information

  • Run scans, score anomalies, and generate sustainability reporting outputs.
  • Operate billing, trial, and license workflows.
  • Maintain audit history, product reliability, and support quality.
  • Communicate about onboarding, account issues, and product updates.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. We share information only with service providers involved in payments, communications, hosting, analytics, or support, or when required by law.

Retention and requests

We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the service, meet billing and legal requirements, resolve support issues, and maintain account history. To request help with privacy questions, contact privacy@verdax.io.
